The Design Process

The challenge was to design a blast chiller family with different capacities to be use in the restaurant industry. Chillers are essential to freeze food by safeguar ing organoleptic qualities, in fact, this kind of freezing doesn’t cause the develo ment of any micro-crystals inside the food. We designed a blast chillers range coming with different sizes and capacities, in order to better fit to Customer’s needs. Our chillers are defined by a very neat design, with plane surfaces and defined edges; this kind of design fits well with most kitchens and laboratories where they will be installed.
